Goal-Setting and Planning

If you’re not sure where to start in your work of integrating more equitable practices, it can be a bit overwhelming. Using a growth-mindset and a number of tools and experiences, I can help you figure out what you want to do, where you want to focus, and how you want to get there.

Training

Learning is a key element of this work, and the focus my trainings is always on shifting mindsets. We talk talk about a cadence and timeline that works for your team. Examples of topics might include power, race and racism, bias, gender and sexuality, or identity.

Coaching

Interested in talking through elements of culture in your work or with your teams? Looking to understand your role, your goals, and you values when it comes to disrupting systems of oppression? One-on-one or small group coaching is also available for these important conversations.

Project-Based Work

If you’ve got something specific in mind that you’re hoping to execute on, I’m here to provide leadership and support.
